Over the course of a year, producer-director Hugo Latulippe and a team of documentary filmmakers met with citizens who make it their mission to change Quebec for the better. A "Quebec world tour” in eight chapters, Manifestes en série features these individuals' efforts in addressing the various ills of Quebec society in the fields of agriculture, health, transportation, education, food, economy, culture and resources.
