THE FAIR-PLAY TEAM
Behind each Fair-Play project is the talent, passion, and efficiency of an entire team. Some members of our group are free agents who join the company as projects arise, while others, whom we are proud to introduce here, form its essential core.
MICHEL ST-CYR
Executive Producer and Founding Shareholder
Michel St-Cyr has been developing and producing visual content for television for over 25 years. Before co-founding Fair-Play in 1998, he held positions as Head of External Productions and Creative Consultant at Groupe TVA in Montreal.
Michel is a keen observer of the human condition, a huge fan of television, and a living encyclopedia on broadcasting and the television industry. He is the executive producer of the company, a title he shares with his business partner, Guy Villeneuve.
GUY VILLENEUVE

MARIE-EVE DALLAIRE
Executive Vice-President and Shareholder
Marie-Eve Dallaire started in TV production over 25 years ago as floor manager – a role that foreshadowed her journey as a team leader. After 16 years at Productions J, including as director of the company's television department, she made the leap to Fair-Play where she first oversaw the production of Les enfants de la télé and then spearheaded the development of Révolution, a Quebec prime-time hit and a format that has since been sold internationally. Today, as executive vice-president, and partner since fall 2023, she is at once the mastermind, supervisor, and supportive presence of the company. Whether it be strategic planning, business development, or production support, one of Marie-Eve's great strengths is her ability to foster a healthy and respectful work environment where cheerfulness and efficiency go hand in hand. A true reflection of Fair-Play!
KARINE PROULX
