Food Spin with Chef Aleem tells the story of a man who refuses to be defeated by a tragic event. The future is promising for culinary student Aleem Syed, when an accident leaves him paralyzed from the waist down. But Aleem quickly gets back on track: he develops ways to move around the kitchen, creates his catering business, and launches the very first wheelchair-accessible food truck, The Holy Grill. The series follows him through the streets of Toronto, offering his culinary creations to customers and setting out on his next project: his own restaurant.
