L’effet Bocuse d'or is the story of the Canadian team's journey to the world’s most prestigious culinary competition. Team Canada’s 2023 edition, an all-Québécois affair that year, trained in a post-pandemic context at Montreal’s Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec, surrounded by seasoned culinary artisans and fellow chefs, some of whom are veterans of the competition. Filmed in Montreal, Toronto, and Lyon, L’effet Bocuse d'or showcases the uniqueness of Québec gastronomy.
