Bouffe MTL is a culinary road trip. Two friends drive about the city on a sidecar motorcycle to meet people from different cultural communities and get to know them through their food. With humans traveling and migrating like never before, and cultures clashing on a global scale, food remains a common, and hopefully unifying, denominator. Bouffe MTL takes full advantage of this genial means of discovering who the new Quebeckers are.
