In the mid-1990s, the biker war shakes Quebec to its core. In Montreal, the warrior chief of the Hells Angels, Maurice "Mom" Boucher, is willing to do anything to gain absolute control over the drug trade. To curb the deadly crusade of "Mom" and his Rockers soldiers, law enforcement agencies unite and create the Carcajou squad.

Their efforts and the confessions of informants Stéphane "Godasse" Gagné and Serge Boutin will lead to the downfall of the Hells and Maurice Boucher.
